Student A: I learned how much important it is to be knowledgeable about the location of the airport facilities such as bus terminals, convenience stores, etc. and also the kinds of ticket when we help tourists from abroad.
Student B: I could tell some tourists how to buy ICOCA card, and help them get the tickets using QR code. For the next time I would like to learn Chinese and Korean languages, I’m sure even if it’s only Chinese or Korean words (not even perfect sentences), it would be a great help for them.
Student C: I realized that it’s really important to keep smiling when we do this kind of volunteer work. And I really appreciate the university students who taught us how to welcome foreign tourists a the airport. Thanks to them I could enjoy working at the airport.
